Master Sergeant Joe J. Walker served four consecutive combat years in Southeast Asia with Project Delta, MACV-SOG, and CIA-supported programs, earning three Bronze Stars for Valor and sustaining multiple combat wounds while repeatedly volunteering for the most hazardous assignments. He later served more than two decades with the nation’s premier intelligence and paramilitary operations organization, working alongside U.S. and allied special operations forces on six continents and exemplifying a lifetime of quiet, selfless service. -
Jason Wiles
Jason John Wiles (1977–2025) devoted nearly two decades to the CIA as a Technical Targeting Analyst and Senior Manager, serving with distinction, quiet professionalism, and deep commitment to mission and country. A faithful husband, father, and man of enduring faith, he fought life’s battles with courage and left a legacy of service, strength, and steadfast devotion to those he loved.

Francis J. "Frank" McCloskey
Francis “Frank” McCloskey Jr. (1948–1995) served with extraordinary courage as a U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret and MACV-SOG recon team leader in Vietnam, earning multiple valor awards before continuing a distinguished career in law enforcement and clandestine service with the CIA, where he was awarded the Intelligence Star for Valor. Across three decades of military, intelligence, and public service — from Southeast Asia to Latin America and Kosovo — Frank embodied a lifetime commitment to mission, leadership, and selfless sacrifice.

Charles "Chuck" Harrell
Captain (Ret.) Charles Loftin Harrell (1938–2025) served 26 years in the U.S. Army, including distinguished assignments with the 77th, 10th, and 5th Special Forces Groups and three combat tours in Vietnam, earning three Bronze Stars — one for Valor — before retiring as Chief of the Demolitions Branch at the JFK Special Warfare Center and School. A lifelong mentor and servant leader, he continued supporting national defense after retirement and leaves a legacy of dedication to Special Forces, family, and community.

Todd Faucette
Todd Joseph Faucette (1953–2021) served 35 distinguished years with the CIA, rising to the Senior Intelligence Service and earning the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal for his exceptional technical expertise and global impact on some of the most challenging intelligence missions of his generation. A premier Technical Intelligence Officer and devoted mentor, Todd was respected for his leadership, generosity, and larger-than-life spirit that shaped and strengthened the officers who followed him.

Robert "Dan" Bradley
Robert “Dan” Bradley (1937–2005) served more than 35 years with the CIA, rising from courier to Technical Operations Officer with the Office of Technical Services, Special Activities Division, before retiring in 2000. Following the attacks of 9/11, he returned to support the mission as a contractor, continuing his commitment to national security until his final retirement in 2009.

Tom Grayson
Tom began his service with SAD in the early 1980s as an engineer before transitioning to operations, where he distinguished himself across a broad range of missions — from graduating with honors at EOD school to serving as a Team Leader and Deputy Chief. Tom was widely regarded as the model of an SAG officer and a trusted brother to many, Tom’s leadership, professionalism, and enduring commitment to the community defined a remarkable career of quiet service.
